Planning Support & Consultations

Planning begins approximately 3-8 months before the wedding
Unlimited communication via email and scheduled calls
Review of completed planning details and vendor contracts
Assistance finalising remaining vendor selections
Custom planning checklist and timeline development

Vendor Coordination

Recommendations for any outstanding vendors
Communication with booked vendors to confirm services
Coordination of final walkthroughs and vendor meetings (as needed)
Review of vendor contracts and payment schedules

Design & Styling Guidance

Review of your existing wedding vision and design plans
Final recommendations for rentals, decor, and layout
Assistance with floor plans, seating charts, and event flow

Wedding Day Timeline & Logistics

Creation of a comprehensive wedding day timeline
Ceremony and reception logistics planning
Rehearsal coordination (usually the day before the wedding)
Final venue walkthrough and logistics review

On The Day Coordination

Full wedding day management and vendor coordination (up to 10 hours)
Oversee setup and styling according to your plan
Vendor check-ins and troubleshooting
